PRACTICE SCHEDULE FOR 2022-2023 SEASON
- Grades K-3, 5:45pm to 6:45pm on Tuesday and Thursday
- Grades 4-8, 7pm to 8:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday
- Advanced Technique, 6pm to 7:30pm on Friday

Milford Youth Wrestling welcomes ALL students in grades K - 8.
All towns are welcome! We have wrestlers from all surrounding areas including Medway, Hopedale, Uxbridge, Mendon, and Hopkinton.
