Practice is located in the Wrestling Room at Milford High School, 31 West Fountain Street, Milford, MA.  Wrestling season typically ends late February/early March depending on participation in States.
 
Wrestlers need to be ready to go right at the start of practice, which usually means arriving 10 minutes early to get their shoes and gear ready.  Wrestling shoes MUST NOT be worn to and from practice sessions.  It is very important to wear other shoes to practice and change once inside.  Clean wrestling shoes are essential as kids will be rolling around on the mats and grit brought in by dirty shoes will be a hazard to wrestlers.  T-shirts and shorts without zippers, snaps or other metal attachments should be worn.
