Practices

Practices will begin Tuesday, December 1, 2009 in the wrestling room at Milford High School. Wrestlers need to be ready to go at 6:00pm. Wrestling shoes must not be worn to and from practice sessions. It is very important to wear other shoes to practice and change once inside. Clean wrestling shoes are essential as kids will be rolling around on the mats and grit brought in by dirty shoes will be a hazard to wrestlers. T-shirts and shorts without zippers, snaps or other metal attachments should also be worn.

Kindergarten through 3rd Grade
Who: Boys and Girls in grades K - 3
Where: MHS wrestling room
When: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 - 7:00pm
Begins: Dec. 1 (ends Feb. school vacation)
Cost: $75

4th through 8th Grade
Who: Boys and Girls in grades 4 - 8
Where: MHS wrestling room
When: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 - 8:00pm
Begins: Dec. 1 (ends Feb. school vacation)
Cost: $125
